Derrière GrimLake se cache Mathieu Legros, un musicien parisien dont l'univers est non sans rappeler celui de groupes comme Mogwai, God Is An Astronaut, Explosions in the Sky ou encore Caspian.

Tantôt mélancolique, tantôt puissante, sa musique a pour but de faire voyager.
